To be accepted as a Peach Property tenant you will be in full time employment, be able to provide references, and willing to undergo a credit check.
We regret that DSS tenants cannot be accepted.
A deposit will be required, and we hope to be able to refund this in full when you leave our property - though ultimately this is down to you.
